BCA Organisation Structure
At the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), our leadership team is central to shaping Singapore’s built environment. Our senior management team guides strategic direction, drives key initiatives, and ensures that our policies and operations align with national priorities in safety, sustainability, and innovation.
