The BCA Awards is an annual accolade that celebrates excellence in Singapore's Built Environment (BE) sector. These prestigious awards showcase outstanding achievements of firms, individuals, and their projects across various domains, from design and safety standards to universal accessibility, quality, and transformations. As a part of the BuildSG initiative, the BCA Awards highlights Singapore’s commitment to push boundaries, embrace transformation, creating a progressive and sustainable Built Environment industry.
How to apply for the BCA Awards
The BCA Awards is open to any Built Environment firm or industry player who has demonstrated commitment and excellent results in transforming the BE sector, in tandem with the goals of BuildSG[1]. BE firms and industry leaders can apply for any of the awards that align with their achievements.
[1] A national movement that champions collaboration across the BE sector. BuildSG brings together the government, unions, industry, associations, and institutes of higher learning to drive sector-wide collaboration. It aims to build a progressive and integrated sector that creates quality jobs for Singaporeans and supports firms in succeeding locally and globally.

Company of the Year Award

The Project of the Year Award honours projects that demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing Singapore’s BE industry. Design and Engineering Safety Award
The Design and Engineering Safety Award celebrates excellence in innovative design solutions that ensure safety in building and civil engineering projects. Quality Excellence Award
The Quality Excellence Award (QEA) is exclusively extended to developers and builders that have delivered high-quality private residential buildings through workmanship excellence and the implementation of world-class industry standards.
Universal Design Excellence Award
The Universal Design Excellence Award celebrates exemplary achievements in creating inclusive, user-friendly designs that benefit diverse groups of people. This award is exclusively extended to projects that demonstrate exceptional standards by attaining an ‘A’ rating under the Universal Design Index self-assessment framework.
UD Mark Award Winners
Between 2013 and 2021, BCA had certified projects using the UD Mark Certification Scheme.
