The BCA Quality Excellence Award (QEA) recognises developers and builders for their commitment and achievement in delivering high quality private residential buildings. It aims to:
Raise the profile of exemplary developers and builders who have embraced workmanship excellence and consistently delivered high quality buildings
Encourage more developers and builders to set high quality standards for their projects and improve the image of the industry
Award criteria and frequency
Potential winners are selected from a list of developers and builders that consistently delivered high quality private residential buildings in the past 6 years
Winners are awarded for their achievements during the qualifying period based on the firms' good quality performance, adoption of good quality system, best practices and their application in the qualifying projects
QEA is given out annually
