The development saw rigorous user consultations with residents, grassroot leaders and other stakeholders such as the town council and relevant public agencies. Feedback received was duly incorporated into the design of the development.
Key Features
To mitigate the undulating terrain, a landscape deck is created to provide an expansive pedestrian network above the semi-sunken basement carpark, connecting to various communal facilities and social services. Another feature is the “Tree-top Walk”, which connects the development to adjacent existing public housing precinct.
Adoption of point block massing design with varied heights ameliorates high-density living environment, providing a sense of spaciousness and better way-finding.
Introduction of innovative ‘concept toilets’ that provide step-less access as well as facilitate easy retrofitting.

Seamless connectivity set up between facilities catering to all ages e.g. water and sand play areas, 3G fitness corner, etc, as well as between the banks via 5 thematic bridges located along the waterway.
Planning consideration made to ensure seamless integration with future residential developments along the Waterway.
While bringing people closer to the waters, safety is well-considered through the provision of concrete bollards, buffer planting and railings which are designed to complement the natural setting.
