Event spaces

260-seater auditorium

The 260-seater auditorium is designed for a state-of-the-art presentation experience. Stage lighting, 4K audio-visual equipment, and hi-fidelity surround sound create an all-encompassing experience for live audiences. Immersive visuals are also guaranteed with a 9-metre, 4K LED wall. Zero latency livestreaming also ensures a seamless experience for online viewers.

IT Labs

Conduct digital learning sessions with ease at IT Labs that accommodate training in various software including AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, Navisworks, Plaxis, and more. Each lab holds up to 56 participants and one instructor.

Executive learning labs

With its seminar-style learning space, Executive Learning Labs are designed to facilitate dynamic interaction between speakers and participants. Each lab accommodates up to 40 participants and one speaker.

iNode

A multi-purpose venue space with flexible seating configurations that hold up to 180 pax.

Nexus

The Nexus event hall offers a state-of-the-art experience for up to 1,000 pax. Equipped with 4K audio-visual technology, stage lighting, and hi-fidelity surround sound, it provides an immersive atmosphere for live audiences while ensuring seamless zero-latency livestreaming for online viewers. A 12-meter 4K LED wall guarantees unobstructed visuals, capturing the attention of every participant.

Demonstration facilities

Triple-volume research lab

This triple-volume space is perfect for researching manufacturing processes that require substantial vertical space. This lab supports floor loads up to 7.5kN/m² and includes internal staircases leading to viewing and meeting rooms. It features a landing platform with railings for hoisting heavy equipment via a motorised roller shutter. Corbels are also provided for installing a 20-ton overhead gantry crane and a 5-ton robotic arm.

Training Yard

The Training Yard is a dedicated space for excavator training and trials. It supports planned operational and safety tests, including teleoperation of excavators for tasks like manoeuvring, excavation, emergency stops, and collision detection.

Crane Yard

The Crane Yard provides a controlled environment for real-world performance testing and operator training. It supports advanced projects, such as testing robotic systems to automate tower crane hoisting operations for PPVC modules, while also serving as a training ground for crane operators.

BCA Skylab

BCA SkyLab is the world’s first high-rise laboratory that supports the testing of new technologies in façades, air-conditioning, lightings, and controls in the tropics. Its advanced facilities make it suitable for industry professionals, researchers, and innovators to test-bed various building technologies for achieving greater energy savings and optimised performance.

The 132 m² facility is equipped with over 200 high-precision laboratory-grade sensors for comparison testing across two identical chambers. These sensors measure key performance metric, including energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and outdoor environmental parameters.
