BCA developed the Council E-Learning Course for council members in August 2023. It aims to educate council members on their roles and responsibilities in strata management.

The self-paced Council E-Learning Course aims to equip new and existing MCST council members with the necessary knowledge and skills to better manage their Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) development.

Participation in the course is voluntary, and sign-ups are currently limited to a maximum of 2 council members per MCST. Each council member has free 1-year access to the course. Additional council members who would like to enrol on the course will be placed on a waitlist.
How to enrol in the Council E-Learning Course
Register your interest in a free one-year access to the course. Enrolment is based on the details provided on the interest form. Registrants will receive two email confirmations within 3 to 5 working days after they submit the form. Please follow the instructions in the emails to access the course.
