Please refer to the following FormSG links, as well as the EITC Inspection Report Template below. QPs are encouraged to use the EITC Inspection Report Template as a reference from 1st October 2025. QPs must submit the EITC Inspection Report as part of our review for all PTO applications submitted from 1st January 2026.
