Legacy Green Mark versions
Building schemes
The following legacy Green Mark versions were replaced by GM:2021 on 1 November 2021.
Green Mark for Non-Residential Buildings (NRB) 2015 [PDF, 8.8 MB]: Legacy criteria for commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings.
Green Mark for Residential Buildings 2016 [PDF, 2 MB]: Legacy criteria for residential developments and housing projects.
Existing Non-Residential Buildings ENRB:2017 [PDF, 940 KB]: Existing commercial, industrial and institutional buildings in operation.
Landed Houses [PDF, 183 KB]: Landed housing projects
Existing Schools [PDF, 622 KB]: MOE main stream schools (excluding International schools, universities and institutes of higher learning such as polytechnics and ITE)
Super Low Energy Buildings [PDF, 910 KB]: New and existing buildings including residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings, and schools.
Data Centre schemes
